To provide Pre-landing Services to newcomers.
To Provide immediate and advanced Post-Landing Services to newcomers.
To provide family counselling, health (including mental health) information, and linkages to newcomers and low-income people.
To offer free legal support in immigration, refugee, and citizenship law to eligible newcomers and low-income people.
To provide various career counselling and guidance services to newcomers and low-income people.
To provide guidance and counselling to internationally trained professionals regarding credential recognition and licensing.
To provide language acquisition services to newcomers to help them communicate in one or both of Canada's official languages so they can access Canadian society and its opportunities, decision-making, and services.
To provide support services to newcomers to access sports and recreational facilities, system navigation, and community engagement.
Provide community services such as improving access to libraries, parks, and transit services; enhancing road maintenance; and improving neighbourhood safety and police relations
