The sessions are conducted in multiple stages. There are general sessions, individual sessions, and sessions taken by a Mentor in Canada. Information sessions are also conducted under the pre-landing counselling service, including seminars, webinars, etc.

The Pre-Arrival Counselling Services include information sessions on the Canadian legal system, welfare & benefits in Canada, obtaining a Canadian Driving license, Opening a bank account, immigration & citizenship, healthcare in Canada, housing and transportation in Canada, and many more.
